Best shop around, great customer service and took care of my car for me. Would recommend this shop to anyone.

Great experience. Rep went above and beyond to help and make recommendations. On top of a quick and reasonably price oil change. Will be replacing my tires with them soon.

I had a really great experience at Precision tunes auto shop location and a big part of that was thanks to Aashish, the manager. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly without any pressure, and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. It’s not easy to find someone in this industry who is both knowledgeable and truly customer-focused, but Aashish definitely stands out. His honesty and calm, respectful approach made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this shop, especially if you get the chance to work with Aashish.

Had to get my censor for my temperature gage replaced. It kept turning on the radiator fan like the car was running hot when it wasn't. Carl was great when I called this morning for a diagnosis. Even more cool & professional when I came in. He took care of us and made sure we knew what was going on. Thx Carl. Definitely coming back!

This review serves as a serious warning to anyone considering this mechanic shop. Save Yourself the Trouble: This shop is a disaster. Unprofessional and deceptive, they prioritize unnecessary charges over basic customer service and fail miserably to deliver on promises. They even damaged my car! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Take your car somewhere that respects your time, money, and vehicle. Unnecessary Charges and Delays: Despite knowing what part needed replacement (I fix my own car sometimes!), they insisted on a full checkup ($95) before confirming the issue. Even worse, after finally diagnosing the problem, they promised a quick turnaround with a part order through them ($356 deposit). They messed up the order, adding a whopping $400 and further delays. Stuck and needing my car, I agreed, trusting their promise of a weekend return. Shockingly, the weekend came and went with no car. Calls went unanswered and the car remained unfinished for days. Different excuses emerged each time I followed up, including needing a new sensor! Unprofessionalism at its Peak: After enduring endless frustration and a complete lack of communication, I finally reques
